Got the promo to load and hit checkout. When I placed the order it says "Could not submit cart. Please try again later" and then it just freezes after that and a red circle keeps spinning. I rebooted my phone and placed order again and says same thing.

Very frustrating. Customer service agent tried to place order for me and got same error message. doesnt work on app or pc

I keep getting error on pc, Error: Your account has been deactivated or disabled, while the cs saying my account is good, app won't let me check out as well

Same. CS agent is stumped. Says they will call me back in a few minutes while they find someone who knows how to fix the error. Since it doesn't work on the app (won't submit cart and freezes when placing order) and doesn't work on p.c. when placing order (account disabled or deactivated), I'm wondering if this is a technical glitch that happens when you place the order and you have a Google Voice number as it may try to text you and it can't since their system may not allow for GV numbers? Do you have GV number also? If so, I'll just change my DD # to my carrier #.

Change your password. It fixed it for me.

Thanks! That's the answer. DD required min 8 characters with at least 1 special character. My password didn't have a special character so I changed it to add a special character. What a weird glitch that it allows me to open a DD account with a password that doesn't conform but won't let me checkout with it. Thanks again!

When I clicked add promo earlier it showed this coupon code and it worked. When I finally got my wife's order it didn't show the code, so I typed it in and it shows "This is not a valid promotion".

I just looked for pickup locations near me and the only ones available are the coffee places.
