Contacted CS when the promotion didn't want to apply to my order. They looked into it and I suggested that they refund me $20 from the total. They agreed as long as I contacted them again after I picked up my order. I saved the transcript, contacted them after getting my food, and they just sent a confirmation that I would be getting $20 to my original payment method within the coming days. if that helps anyone.

Had 'failure to submit order' error on the app and the 'account had been deactivated error' on the computer.

Changed the phone number on my DoorDash account from a Google Voice number to a regular TMobile number and it works now.

is the DDPICKUP20 working for you now ? I had above issue but code is not working now after changing the phone number, not sure if it is related or code just stopped working

I had to contact CS for a future credit since the code worked in the morning but not working now. You will get this future credit only after placing an order.

Worked fine here... placed orders at two different places (we have 4 eligible cards), both went thru fine. That said, one of the restaurants is actually closed on Monday. Had to get on chat... they can't put the promo code back on the account but will credit back on the next order (once I contact them via chat).
