Haven't had a good experience with this controller.

- Its way too wide (at least for my hands)
- Its connection drops pretty frequently for just a second here and there
- On Switch, it can't wake the system (you have to turn it on some other way)
- And on Switch, without the 8bitdo wireless adapter, I found the input lag to be so high that it became difficult to actually play games.

I wouldn't recommend it. It just feels off on every system I've tried it on. I even shelled out for the adapter to give it a fair shake. Investment is too high for a subpar experience. Do yourself a favor, and just get an OEM controller.

I'm sorry you've had issues with the Pro controller. I've heard some have lag and some drifting concerns. Luckily I haven't had those issues issues. You're certainly right about not being able to wake the Switch with this controller.

I love this controller on PC, with their software you can really customize it. I've had no issues but never used on my Switch. On Switch you might as well just buy Switch Pro Controller for a little more.

I have 4 regular SN30s... I love the controllers except for the dpads all suck.

There's a flaw in how they design the contact pad so every direction slurs into other directions.

Many people attempt to fix this by covering portions of the board with electrical tape or those 3 ring binder stickers.

It's annoying because they are otherwise perfect in terms of weight and craftsmanship.

I did reach out to 8bitdo at one point an was promised a controller update to fix the dpad issues, but they never did, and then discontinued the line. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Great controllers with flaws unfortunately
