Not the lowest it's been, but close. I think I've seen it go as low as $24.99, but it's been about $29.99 the past couple months.

Funny, I read their ToS and no where it says I can't share my account at all. If you can find that part and paste it here in the comment or PM, that would be nice.

So if my brother and I were kids and and our parents make use share one account before gameshare on Xbox One was a thing... Who owns the account now after we become older? Me or him or is it 50/50? If you say whoever pays for the subscription then what if I say we both chip in to pay for it?
Section 4 paragraph I

"You cannot transfer your Microsoft account credentials to another user or entity"

"keep your account details and password confidential."

sounds like your parents own the account

Lol scare tactics? I said more than once you probably WILL NOT as in NO, will not get banned. However yes it's possible, very unlikely but is possible. Maybe read everything next time instead of just going straight to defensive without seeing Again I said probably will NOT get banned from using these. I personally know of 2 different people who got accounts banned and had used foreign (non US) codes but one of them also was using mods on his console so that was the biggest reason behind that ban, I do not know the others offenses but do know they used codes from outside the US. But since you had a hard time reading, READ just this part—> you will probably NOT get banned using these codes if you are not breaking rules of the Xbox live TOS!
Do you know any one who only used foreign code and got banned? Did Microsoft just took their code away or perm ban their Xbox live?

If you are following all terms of service on Xbox live and not using mods or other things to draw attention to your account you likely will NOT have any problems and get no bans. The guy I know of was using exploits in addition to foreign codes and received a ban of his Xbox live account for multiple violations of TOS. For the case of these codes probably no risk as long as you receive legit codes.

Well that's conflicting because under Xbox term of use.

https://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/xboxcomtou

At the very bottom it states "You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder." Which I allow my family/friend to do.

"USE OF XBOX LIVE
Some content and features of Xbox Live area of the Xbox.com Web Site may only be accessed by if you are a subscriber to the Xbox Live service and have a valid Microsoft Account. Content and features on the Xbox Live area are subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement which may be accessed from the Xbox Live area. To establish access to these Xbox Live features, you will be asked validate your Xbox Live subscriber status by signing in with your Microsoft Account. Because information personal to your Xbox Live subscription will thereafter be available to you via the Xbox Live, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Microsoft Account password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account on the Xbox Live. Microsoft will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Microsoft or another party due to someone else using your account. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. If at any time you no longer wish to access the Xbox Live and/or information related to your Xbox Live subscription, contact customer support at 18004MYXBOX."

Maybe there's a difference in sharing your Xbox live account on Xbox vs your actually Microsoft account? Idk but clearly Xbox live term of use allow it.

The usage is in regards to using an account already logged into an xbox. Not sharing account credentials for uses on other xboxes.

the verbiage is pretty clear. if you dont personally log onto something you're in breach.

I bought this back in January not realizing it was Brazilian and needed some trickery to redeem it so I just forgot about it today in a matter of only 3 minutes I downloaded tunnel bear 🐻 app on my phone and redeemed it to my account never realized it was such a simple work around. Have people actually been banned for this? If so I'd be weary of buying one again

The conversion rate from Xbox Live Gold (XLG) to Game Pass Ultimate (GPU) is 1:1 for new subscribers, and 3:1 for those who have had GPU before. So for every 3 months of XLG, you will receive 1 month of GPU.
Wait wait wait.... what..!!! That's totally new information to me. I thought, ok I'll get 3 years of XGL and will pay $15 for one month XGPU, but at least I'll then get 3 years of XGPU. But, no? Sad panda.

I saw someone mention this on reddit -

Quote :
If you have 5 accounts on one device and if even one of those accounts has XGPU, all 5 accounts get XGPU features. XBox Live Gold sharing.
Is the same thing doable on XGP for PC? (I have only a PC, no console.)

I probably screwed myself on this deal by upgrading to GPU for $1 for a month after my Gold subscription expired?
