This is the best ink for anything other than a fountain pen. I have a bunch of rollerball high end pens and I keep going back to these. Great price too. I've been looking to get a better pen holder for these, then they would work better in office meetings.
Have you tried Sailor pens? I'm not sure how they manufacture such quality pens.. Even their $5 pens !!

Fantastic pens. Better than Pilot G2 and Uniball Signo 207. But more likely to make a mess, and the ink runs out fast.

I recommend getting a 3-pack to try them out. They are a special treat and probably not the best choice for a workhorse everyday pen.
Why not? Use this everyday, it's worth it.

Are these better than the pilot precise v5/v7 rt? I love those pens

Love these pens.
But it looks like Amazon is just price matching the Staples' Deal.

Staples shows faster shipping for me. Got it from here. Thanks 👍

The Energel is smoother, less scratchy.

I also prefer the Energel to the Pilot G2 and Uni-ball JetStream.

I'm a big fan of Uniball Signo 207s, how does this compare?
Agree they're better than signo especially if you hold the pen flatter to the paper (signo catches more and pilot g2 are the worst)

These pens are the only ones I use daily. I think they are by far the smoothest writers ever. Well worth it. I just need to get over to Staples to snag me some more today hopefully.

You can never have enough cause once someone uses your pen they tend to walk away with it..

I usually buy the ink refills online but the .05 needle points cause I like them better then the .07

But both .05 & .07 write awesome. $3 for 3 is a deal..

Best pens. As a left hander, they dry before I can smear...

Feels great when writing as well.

Awesome pens, I use G2, signo and these daily and they are by far my favorites. The 12 count black refills are also on sale for $5.69 subscribe and save so I picked that up over the 3 pack

Ugh, 0.7...if it's not 0.5 or smaller, it's not going in my hand!

Thanks, OP! These are my favorite pens (beyond the old standard G2, Signo, and Pilot Precise V5rt). I use the Pilot Precise in my daily work life, but prefer these, although everyone is correct in saying that the ink runs out a lot faster than any of the others. In for a 3-pk of black and a 12-pk of refills. I wish the .5 was available, but I do much less tiny printing these days, so I think I can get away with something slightly more robust now.
