If I am a student not claimed as a dependent, with no reported income, will I qualify?

SD must be desperate to allow this "deal" on the FP. Those who on federal aid already know about this. Plus it's only available in a small number of states
I see it in many states,

https://qlinkwireless.com/Coverage.aspx

I guess some people who are recently unemployed because of coronavirus may not know this program.

Those shitty Android phone Assurance gave won't do any good for my grandma.

I signed her up for safelink wireless and they give you a sim card and you can use any unlocked phone.

iPhone has better Accessibility mode and work better for elderly imo.

it's not a fp deal (nor has it ever been). anything you see with a "personalized" tag is unique to you (and anyone else with similar preferences)

Stupid question, but is the free data LTE?
You can check their 4G LTE data coverage here:

https://coverage.assurancewireless.com/map.html

Just enter your zip code and select data tap

How often do you have to re-certify once signed up with these types of services?

Say you are unemployed and get accepted, then go back to work.

I saw the supplied handset. It's a piece of crap. Slow as hell.
Use your stimmy check to buy the flagship iPhone, then receive free cellphone service.

Assurance Wireless will do the same, but up to 7GB (in CA at least)... 5GB in CA, plus you may get the add'l. 2GB bonus in CA, at least.

FYI, AW belongs to T-Mobile now, and I can't wait for the push-over to GSM from CDMA for the former Sprint/Virgin Mobile carrier service.
Thanks Doc, qlink does not provide service to the bay but assurance does....

Qlink uses Sprint network.

Safelink uses Verizon,T-mobile, or AT&T.

Keep in mind that this is nothing like the Trumpphone that grifts your money, grabs your 🐱, & tear gasses you if you come within 5 yards of a church.
That phone plan will expire in November according to my source.
