Samsclub has sanitizing tablets, 2 pack for $10. The minimum Order quantity is 2, comes to $10 including Taxes

Most of other stores charge $14/bottle.. including the manufacturer

These convenient tablets eliminate the handling and storage of bulky sanitizers. They end guesswork in measuring and prevent loss from breakage, spillage or waste. The tablets dissolve in water producing a distinct, clear, pale blue sanitizing solution that tells operators and inspectors at a glance that this sanitizer is in the final rinse sink. Sanitizing solutions are long-lasting and usually remain effective all day. All of these advantages are available at an economical cost of only pennies per gallon.
  • Sanitizes food contact surfaces and equipment in restaurants, bars, daycare centers, gyms, assisted-living facilities, schools and more
  • Kills CA-MRSA, Escherichia coli, HIV-1(Aids Virus), Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus
  • Use 1 tablet per 1 gallon of water
  • Premeasured and easy to use

Old bad joke.

Put a tablet or two in a gallon of water. Use that mix to fill up a spray bottle. Very easy. I spray down all kitchen surfaces, handles, and switches with this. Can't beat the price!
I wish slickdeals would start banning people for turning deal posts into politics. See this crap all day everywhere else, don't need to see it here too.
Note these are a sanitizer, not sterilizer; big difference. NY says some steramine brands work on Covid if made at double strength, but not all brands, and federal EPA hasn't said one way or another. So while they may work, plan for failure. That said, these are fantastic for their intended use and always good for food equipment (dishes, counters, etc.).

edit: NY only approved the liquid form. Dry/tablet form is not approved anywhere. Additionally, Federal EPA has approved some specific brands that use the active ingredient (quaternary ammonium) but not all, and all use the liquid form (solution, wipes, etc.). You can search their list using the link below.

t/u for deal & Sams Club!
$5 a bottle or less at any known restaurant or bar supply house.
btw, there's NO shortage of these. I was @ The Restaurant Store last week
& that one store had a pallet load of Steramine Tabs.

Most of other stores charge $14/bottle
If so, they're price gouging and you should NOT shop there!

OP your title says free shipping, but I don't see free shipping on my account. Shipping is $5+ for me. Are you maybe a Plus member? If so, then it's probably only free for Plus members?

Tried once but the surface is messy afterwards since it only water and you need to leave for some time to actually work so it dries with water marks. Can you add detergent or soap to have clean look?

You should clean the surface first and then spray it on to disinfect. Give it 5-10 minutes then dry it off. You won't get spotting if you dry it.
