Recent Gamers Nexus video says that you shouldn't have the tubes at the top of your radiator in an AIO because it lets air get into the pump.

This looks to be around the same price point of prior 2080 Super desktop deals. What am I missing?

The processor is quite expensive.

Thanks! I missed that it was a newer i9.

Wouldn't one of the Ryzen configs with a 2080 Super at this price still perform better for gaming though?

I'm sure that can be turned upside down if the buyer feels more comfortable that way. In my opinion yeah it might make a difference but pc makers have been placing these radiators in that configuration for a long time and still works fine. Two of my set ups are in this configuration and another one is with the radiator at the top, they all work flawlessly.
It's not they are incapable of functioning properly with said configs. It's about how there are not designed for such configs and that they are mostly likely the biggest cause of premature failure.

i know they dont list it/usually they use cheap parts, but it'd really be nice to know what mobo/ssd/psu/ram/case this comes in to help me make a decision between this or build it myself...

like if im only saving $300 building myself i might pull the trigger to save time and headache, but without knowing what those parts are its really hard to make that decision.

If they don't list the brand name or model # of a part, they are probably using whatever comparable thing they have that comes in

Honestly a good deal for a serious gamer that doesn't want to spend hours building their own for a few bucks less. The cpu and the gpu in this are great (and not cheap).

With new GPU from both Nvidia and AMD and also new ryzen around the corner, I don't think it as wise to spend this kind of cash $1600 including tax. Not to mention black Friday about 3 months away. This desktop price will depreciate rapidly as newer products are released in matter of few weeks.

How good could this run MS Flight Sim 2020? That game is the reason I want a new PC.

I completely understand that part but my first sentence was that they can easily be turned upside down and it only takes a few minutes.
