Don't know which Crest products you bought but there are 2 different points deals running right now. The other is 6k wyb 3.
If you are doing the spend $10 deal and pay with points you wouldn't earn the points because it reduces the value going towards the spend requirement.
If that's the case I'm not sure why you got your points on the first transaction even.
Unless you earned 5k from that and 5k from something else attached to your account.
I think you can only do the deal once. I tried to do the deal online and it wouldn't give me the points.

MagentaAppliance663I have some questions and I hope somebody will be kind enough to answer them. I had 31,000 points expiring today. I was taking advantage of the receive 5000 points for every $10 spent on participating Crest products promo.
1st transaction: 3 Crest = ~$21-$6 coupons-10,000 points. $7 out-of-pocket received 10,000 points.
2nd Transaction: Crest = ~$21-$3 coupon - 20,000 points= 9 cents out-of-pocket but no points received.
1) Why didn't I receive points on the second transaction?
2) If I return the 2nd transaction, what will happen to the points that I used on it especially if they expire today?
3) How do exchanges work with purchases made with points?

TIA!
Points deals can be done multiple times. You can even do the deal more than once in the same transaction and earn the points multiple times.

You got 5,000 pts for spending $10 on the first transaction, plus 5k for some sort of bonus. You can see the breakdown in the app, which will tell you exactly what the points were for. For the second, you used points and didn't hit the spend threshold to get any back. If you return, you'll get merchandise credit for the points, plus the value of the coupon back with your oop spending.

Worthy Seriously impressed! Exact breakdown of the balance rewards received. I'm really surprised about the 5000 point bonus since I haven't shopped there in a couple of months.

Can someone remind me - for the 5000 points to credit wys $20, does MFG cpns count towards the $20? I can't use points to help pay for my transaction? Thank you! In the past I always paid $20 OOP but I need to conserve cash. TIA

Is this a paper booster, or one loaded to your card? If on your card, you can use points, as long as your coupons and oop total $20+tax. It's my goal to pretty much NEVER pay cash at Wags. I'm not a reseller, so just doesn't make sense for me.

I mostly agree with that formula because it works in probably 99% of the situations but, if you are right there at the total or just over the total and hoping to cover tax, sometimes it won't work. The reason I say that is because one time I had a 5k/$20 digital, my subtotal was $21+, after tax $23. I had 2 $5/3 mq and 1 $10 RR. I thought I was good because I had $20 in qs so I used 3k to cover the rest. I didn't earn the 5k. When I called customer service, they said my eligible spend was only $18+ because it counted the point redemption first.
I just usually try to remember: subtotal - point redemption =/^ threshold

In that case, you would have had to spend ~$22 in coupons/cash because $20+tax. I k ow if for some reason something doesn't work, I can't rely on CS to help!

Total need to be over $20 after you using points and before MFG. If MFG is clip in your account, best way to check and verify is use Walgreens apps and add the items and checkout, it will show you all the information, how many points you earn.

Are there any Walgreens free coupons for 8 x 10's currently? I wanted to print something first and see how it looks before doing a canvas. Canvas is on sale 70% off at Wags.
