Last couple pair I ordered from here both had problems. One pair had a much different feel in the right arch than the left. And the other pair squeeked loud enough to tickle my foot. At first with the right shoe, and after contacting support and trying to get it to stop, both shoes started squeeking every step. Support initially told me they would accept a one time return of a "worn shoe" if it didn't stop, even though I had "worn" them all of 60 seconds inside my house. I didn't return since I would have to pay shipping and just wear the squeeky ones on long drives. Not sure if I will give them another try.

Unless you are trail running, don't buy these. Hard surfaces wear the soles out quickly and put you at risk for injury.

I second this. I used to fit perfect in 11.5 4E but something changed with new balance. Last pair was crap and I didn't bother with return. I got a weird wide foot - I am doomed to in store purchases lol

Careful buying from these discount shoe sites, these shoes are all rejected for some manufacturing defect. A major defect can cause some serious pain and issues.

New Balance has different lasts. Some lasts fit some people better than others. I prefer the SL-2 last when I can find it (narrow heel, big toe box). Check out the FAQ at A Perfect Dealer.

Me too........so.....WalMart had some shoes for really wide Fred Flintstone type feet, and...I was very happy with a 10$ size 8wide black, light weight tennis shoe. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Athlet.../910391707

Then, Avia trail-tennis shoe for 25$. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Avia-M.../663721990 Try those, and you'll be amazed how good it feels to get shoes that fit. At those prices, I stocked up on WalMart wide shoes.

Never been happier. These are light weight especially comfortible and light was the 10$ shoe. Buy that shoe at all costs, and you'll be very, very, very, impressed.

For some reason I disagree with almost every post in this thread.
I have ordered ~15 pairs of shoes from this place between my family and I. I haven't had a bad pair yet.
Also, the longest pair of shoes I have owned for general use have been trail shoes. I am looking for a pair now to be me daily wearing shoes.

JNBOutlet is the official New Balance owned factory outlet site, so no worries buying from there.

I am a NB fan and buy extensively from them for my running and everyday purposes. These 410s are my go-to for everyday shoes as they are low cost, comfortable, and provide good support for walking and simple hiking. For running on any significant basis, I strongly recommend higher-end NB running shoes (I use the 1540). More expensive, but well worth the investment for your feet/legs/body.

These are poor quality and feel very cheap. Not much support. They are my emergency shoes I keep in my trunk now. Would not buy again.
