Audible.com [audible.com] "secretly" announced a new program, "Introducing two new ways to listen" on 8/24: https://www.audible.com/about/new...in-preview

If you go to Audible.com, select the "Audible Premium Plus", you're supposed to get one free credit (for some reason, I got 2 credits), and additional benefits.

You can cancel right away to avoid the $14.95 monthly fee and still keep your credit(s) for 30 days.

I'm not sure if you have to be a Prime member, but I am. Happy listening!

Titles FREE with Membership (I'd suggest not adding all the free to anyone titles as those can be had post-free trial):

1.
JK Rowling's "The Tales of Beedle the Bard"
https://www.audible.com/pd/The-Ta...1781103798

double check during checkout that it says "0 credits applied"

Be sure to select "premium plus" trial (not "audible plus") on the first page to receive the credits.

If you're interested in the history of video games, "Super Mario: How Nintendo Conquered America" and "Jacked: The Outlaw Story of Grand Theft Auto" are both included in the Plus catalog. The latter is written by David Kushner, who has written a number of books about the video game industry, most notably "Masters of Doom".

There's also 18 books with narrator R.C. Bray included. He's a fan favorite for action-packed titles. Note that books in the Plus catalog can be streamed directly without having to be downloaded, which should save a lot of space on mobile devices.

Highly recommend the harry potter audibles. I've watched/read the series previously, but it's a fantastic audible experience. This is coming from a 27 year old adult, but I imagine it resonates with most age groups

I see $7.99/mo after 30 days not $14.99/mo. It is right below the button to preview the trial

I wonder if you can cancel and resub if you already have a membership.

The first link in the thread took me to a premium plus and picked up the first book-- trying to decide on second book.

Worked for me! I'd cancelled my membership a couple months ago, and I've been waiting for a deal like this that my account was eligible for.

Thanks, OP!

I can't tell if I got the credits... If I did, am thinking I'll use it towards a pimsleur program. But they split the levels up by a lot of pieces, I think, so it'd probably be expensive to get another full language.

I guess I'll have to login on a computer, since it's often easier to check credits and browse the store there.
