If you login to your bestbuy account it should already be in there, that's how I found out I had one
I didn't think of that. They ended up sending me two more emails on Saturday, so I did get it. I don't recall seeing it in my account until I accepted, but I will keep that in mind. Thanks for the info.

I kept clicking through the email and it kept telling me I wasn't available for the coupon. Then I realized I had 2 emails for Best Buy and it was sending to the Best Buy account I never use anymore. So I used it on the front page air fryer (Bella 8 qt). Along with TCB offer of $2 extra off with 2 percent off makes this deal about $51.30 pretax

I'm guessing Elite and Elite Plus members may have been excluded...? Maybe the theory was that we already have certificates and/or have shown that we already know our way around a Best Buy shopping cart. I'm sure someone crunched the numbers, but I question whether this tactic of targeting light users (still just a theory) will provide the best bang for the buck.
They don't NEED to pamper the elite customers that spend $20k with a measly $10 certificate..... Yet, here i am, sad and certificate-less.... Frown

Haha that's what I was thinking. Shoot, spent $3800 this year (first and probably last time ever) and was bit peeved that we were excluded.

I have two BestBuy accounts and one of those got the $10 coupon. The one that didn't is an active Elite account, soon to be Elite Plus. The other one hasn't been used for a while but used to have Elite status. So it appears that they are sending these coupons to inactive Elite customers who haven't ordered for a while.

I got the email today, it said "You have a $10 bonus certificate on us. Valid through 9/7/2020. Click to activate >". CLicked it and got:
We're Sorry
It looks like you're not eligible to use this reward.

Not sure why since it didn't list the eligibility requirements. I am logged into my Best Buy account. Only have one account. Only thing I can think of is that I used a reward certificate a couple of weeks ago.

Oh well, Guess I'll keep waiting.

Ah, your right. I got this offer last month. It's already expired.

Close. I think it's more just inactive accounts. I've never been elite on any of my accounts.
