I bought these last week and reviewed them (w. pics) as KAV. They're genuine. Did I need 6 pairs? No, but I was happy to find them. For eventual use w. a 7502 respirator in my case.

These filters are comfortable to use, nice because you can disinfect the exteriors (as opposed to the flat circle shaped ones), and you can perform seal checks pretty easily. Highly recommended if you're in healthcare.

I think the biggest concern to me would be the number of fake items that get mixed in with legit merchandise. Some scam company in China will make a copycat product, it gets sent to the Amazon fulfillment center as the legit product, it all gets jumbled, and then who knows who gets what. Happens all the time with flash drives, drives that are marked as 256GB and you stick them in and find out it's only 4GB and stuff.

The risk of fakes a filter like this is far less than the risk of fakes on KN95s or the risk that KN95 certification is forged/invalid or the risk that KN95 certification isn't actually equivalent to a real N95. The bottom line: buying a NIOSH certified mask from a reputable vendor like Amazon is about as close to a perfect filter as any of us are likely to get.

Per this doc found online, 7xxx filters are lighter and slimmer that 6xxx cartridges.

• Unique, spring-loaded filter cover design
simplifies negative pressure user seal checks
• Swept-back design provides enhanced field
of view and greater comfort
• 7093C offers a lightweight, low profile design
that combines P100 filtration with carbon-loaded
features found in heavier combination cartridge products

That can't be right. the P100 pink puffs weigh nearly nothing at all.
These cartridges are good, but they are overkill if your concern is COVID19. They are intended for environments where oil is a concern, such as working in bituminous coal mines, oil rigs, deep fry factories, etc. For nearly all purposes other than very specific ones (and if you were in those jobs, you'd already know all about these things), the P100s will do just perfect.

The question I was answering was to compare previously posted 60926 vs 7093C cartridges. As I mentioned, it appears that 7093/7093B/7093C filters are lighter and slimmer than 6092x cartridges.

Yes. There's also this 3M video that explains 7093C as 4-in-one design that as easy to breath as round puffs but in plastic case.
