Whey Protein Powder $15 for 2.2 lbs, MyProtein 50% off Everything with Code LABOR - FS

$15.00

Just ran out of protein powder. I had the chocolate smooth last time and it was as good as any other chocolate powder I have used. I've listed the $15 for 2.2 lbs of whey as this is a decent $/lbs to try some other flavors without wasting money on something I can't stand to drink. Best deal is of course the $55 for 11 lbs, which is pretty typical for a protein sale. The 50% applies to everything with code LABOR, so I guess their might be some attractive deals on clothing and such. I'm just in it for the protein. Happy Labor Day!

I understand your logic as a buy 1 bag and see if you like it but in general, this is NOT a good price at all; it's not even a decent price. It' $/lb is higher than the normal range for the Isolate. Based on bag size/quantity, Isolate is usually between $5-$6/lb and Concentrate (this "deal") is typically between $4-$5/lb. This deal should be in the ~$4.80 per lb range not the current ~$6.82. Sorry to say, but his is going to get down voted a lot...

Their deal for iso whey last week was better, 5.5lbs for $32 than this week's 50% off. If your time machine isn't working and you need protein now or missed out, a cash back site has 8% CB at Myprotien to help make the deal better.

Needed protein now. I don't care about concentrate vs iso and I don't enjoy stalking deals that will save me a few bucks on flavors I don't want.

Downvote away. I don't consider 4.80 per pound in a 2.2 lbs increment of the worst clearance flavors an attractive option. Also don't care about iso as it doesn't matter vs concentrate for me. To each their own.

I'm sorry but your comment doesn't make sense to me... When the "normal" deals are for ~$4.80 per lb, for 2.2 lb bags of Concentrate, its for all of their flavors, not just just a few of them which may not sell well/taste bad. I believe your reasoning is incorrect as what I stated was for the normal deals. The deals for the "bad flavors", or flavors that are going to expire sooner, are even more discounted than that (even sub $4/lb range).

I understand that you and others don't worry about Iso but my comment about Iso was to emphasize how this is that much less of a deal as Iso is considered higher quality and more expensive than Concentrate.

People are fking weird man. The difference between this deal and the cheapest 11 lb WPC deal ($47 total, $4.27/lb) is $5.80. The delta is less than $6 for an 11lb bag. People dying over $6?

I don't see anyone dying over few bucks here but rather a person reasonably stating that this is not a good deal which this post clearly states(claims this is good $/lb).

I thank op for trying to share this deal with others but this post should claim this is good for those that are in need now instead of claiming it a good $/lb deal. Good criticism with reasons should be as welcomed as good deal post.

Lol. Slickdeals man! I can appreciate that some hawk deals like this and downvote my post. Whatever. I got my protein shopping done for the year in less time than it took me to post the 'sale'. I can handle the $12 delta so I don't have to think about protein powder but once a year. Meanwhile, some good old ON whey is front page for about the same in the awful strawberry.

I thought my immediate need was fairly explicit with the 'Just ran out of protein powder.' at the top of my post. And I used 'decent' instead of 'good'. Full aware you can save a bit more. I myself have not seen an all flavors deal on low volumes in some time. I can appreciate slickdeals keeping it real and downvoting this as not slick. That said, I am done protein shopping for the year and it cost me about $12 more than had I spent time with deal alerts and shopping.
