Really this is a horribly lopsided computer. 32 GB of RAM is outstanding, but 128 GB of storage is completely unacceptable for general Windows 10 use. Odds are high you'll fill that up pretty quick. Many have more data than that entire drive that's also supposed to house you're OS and programs.
The upgrade from Lenovo is considerably more than getting the 128GB and then swapping it out for a larger nvme drive you get on slickdeals. Same with the RAM but both channels on X13 are soldered. T14 has 1 soldered, 1 open - ie. opt for 16GB shipped and drop in another 16GB.

Nowadays, many people uses online storage options, I don't think this will be a big problem to many.

Idk, this is so closely priced to alternatives with discrete graphics gpus.. maybe not as solid built as a thinkpad, but that's a trade-off to get better stuff like no soldered ram.. etc

Help. The T14 sounds like a better fit for me, a config similar to the OP is hundreds more expensive. What am I doing wrong?

The WWAN settings are a bit confusing... does this come with the ability to receive a cell signal (if I add it to my carrier's plan)?
That configuration is only providing the Antenna for WWAN module. You need to add your own WWAN Card.

Its too low. My understanding is that you never fill an SSD too much past half full. If I'm wrong correct me so I know. But if its true you surely couldn't have much free space left to play with.

That's because this is an AMD machine and Thunderbolt is an Intel technology which AMD cannot use

I got a T14 with Ryzen 7 Pro, 16 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, card slot, backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader, IR webcam, and 500 nits for $1022 before tax

I'm planning to add another 16 GB RAM and upgrade the SSD later
