I was looking for cheap keyboard (nothing fancy) for work (from home) and found Logitech K120 Ergonomic Desktop USB Keyboard at target for $8.99 with free store pickup. Order from Target app for free drive thru pickup.
https://www.target.com/p/logitech...lsrc=aw.ds
The same keyboard is priced for $15 at Bestbuy, Walmart etc.
Install SD extension for additional 2.5% cashback.

The last deal posted on SD for this keyboard was way back in Dec 2018 at walmart for $8.25 with mouse included.
https://slickdeals.net/e/12463492-logitech-k120-keyboard-and-m100-mouse-8-25-shipping-only?src=SiteSearch
Times have changed now and it's hard to find a decent keyboard for low price.

$14.85 gets you the combo with the wired mouse

https://www.staples.com/Logitech-...uct_886660

or a random brand wireless combo

Or $20 for the lowest Logitech wireless combo

I'm using one of these with my current home office setup, plugged into my dell docking station, and for daily no-frills work, it's great and cheap. I prefer wireless on the mouse (or in my case trackball), but for the keyboard it just stays there so wired is perfectly fine. It does the job nicely. The end.

Looks like my keyboard that I got for free after rebate. Been wanting to try an ergonomic keyboard (this is barely it). Will wait for a better one.

This would be good as a backup or if you need a cheapo keyboard now while waiting for a better one to go on sale.

Not bad for being Logitech brand and it's cheapest Keyboard only I can find right now, but you can get the cheapest Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combo for $24.99

So if you do need a mouse as well, might as well go for the combo. It's available on Target and Amazon for same price

Don't gaming keyboards have programmable keys for special functions?
This one does not have any such key. It's a plain old keyboard. But if you are happy with the $10 Onn keyboard, this is not an upgrade.

From what I can tell, this is a decent, no frills, keyboard. I bought 2 at my local Target and am picking up (curbside) today. With Redcard 5% discount, they came out to $8.54+tax each. I'm currently using a lousy GE "Power Keyboard" for my work system. This Logitech keyboard seems like it will be an upgrade. And at about $20 for two of them, with tax included, it will be nice to have a backup.

(Note: Yes, I know...I can get a keyboard+mouse combo for $25. But I already have a Logitech M510 wireless mouse for my work system. Don't see the need to buy another piece of junk just to store it).

I don't see the point in using such cheap hardware, unless it's for like a rental property.

Going to a mechanical keyboard and to a nice quality gaming mouse made life much more pleasant. You spend so much time on the computer I think you owe it to yourself.
