I had painted my walls with semi - gloss finish. I noticed some of the glued in decoratives fall off easily from semi gloss paint. Will these stickers stick real good? Any experience when using on paint that has glossy finish? Thanks
The instructions recommend using a spray adhesive if your applying the tiles over a latex painted surface. Most likely why yours are falling off.

Wonder how these would work out in a small 4x6x4 under-the-stairs bsmt hideout/play area I finished for the kid. Would look legit with "tiled" walls ...

Already have a high hat with color changing bulb and lutron switch + tactile remote + app control, dual AC outlets, was gonna cut a piece of carpet or shag area rug over the already tiled floor - and cut a window on each side (leading to 2 diff finished bsmt rooms)

right now the walls are just unpainted sheetrock...hmmmm

If you are concerned about tiles coming off here is an easy solution. Grab a tube of LocTite PL 3x ($5) and apply a small thin layer to the wall then attach the sheets. Use a plastic disposable putty knife or a small piece of cardboard to spread it thin and even After 3 days of curing, it will take a chisel to remove them. That adhesive is excellent! If you don't have a caulk gun simply cut the tip of the bottle with some scissors and a broom handle pressed inside the tube will release the adhesive. It cleans up easy enough and doesn't smell too strong.

Great stuff. I had my daughter remodel my kitchen! It is that easy! Peel, align and stick to the wall. Made my kitchen look great!

What does the material feel like?
somewhat plasticky. It is amazingly thin.........thicker than wallpaper but not by much. But not a cheap look; definitely better than painted wall in my opinion. Cool stuff. The best part is that you don't need professional help to redo your kitchen. My duagher did it as backsplash for the kitchen and now I'm thinking why not do it for the entire kitchen. My wife thinks this product makes sense for just a backsplash. Can someone comment of whether it would be odd or not to have your entire kitchen walls with these tiles?

I have these in my kitchen. They look amazing and have had no problems with them. They suggest that you can use spray adhesive as well at the adhesive on the tiles. I did this for the extra stick to be sure they stayed. Worked great!
What about gorilla glue ? Gorilla glue package says that it is flammable.

Could you provide a link to the 3M recommended spray adhesive recommend by the manufacturer for a really Strong fit?

would be a great project for kids who are stuck at home from COVID. In fact, I think it would be a great project and leave them with a sense of accomplishment. I can't say that for my daughter who despite a $$ incentive ultimately internalized her effort as "work" (as opposed to a "project") and is not interested in doing one more section. Makes me wonder if quarantine is making her even more lazy!

Just a word of caution about the 3M spray glue, be sure to take off and cover anything you don't want to spray. It's tough to clean up

yes and yes , you probably have not done a remodel l in decades . These are much cheaper ,easy to install ,stay on better then actual tiles ,and come off easy when you wanna change em out . Its a new world out there dude explore it lol
IMO, These are nice for upgrading the looks of an RV, trailer, or boat. They are light weight and flexible, they also do adhere well. If your spending the money to remodel a home, I would use a real tile. I personally have used these products in both situations.
