The most well received and popular ones are the Brooks adrenaline, asics gel kayano, asics gt2000, Saucony guide. Lots of other good ones too but those are the most popular ones off the top of my head
Thanks for the recommendations! I'll keep an eye out for those, as I have custom inserts that I need for my shoes due to pronation

If you have custom inserts already I would say any shoe should be fine! The stability shoes for pronation usually have these very subtle supports or guiderails where your arch of your foot would be that help keep the inside of your feet up (and not splayed flat) with each step, so if you have inserts that do the same thing I would think you wouldn't need a stability shoe as a result?

Hmm, that's true, although extra support shouldn't hurt I'd imagine

I can agree with you. My son's mesh shoes that he used last year have holes burned in the tops from welding class.

His two year old leather Nike's still look like new.

Dont buy disposable shoes.
Folks, these are running shoes. They are meant to be lightweight and flexible. Extreme durability of the upper is not a priority. If you are buying them for "work" type duty, you should perhaps look elsewhere. Also Most running shoe soles are designed to have the heel higher than the forefoot. I'm not sure the measurement of this particular model, but if it's significant enough that might cause issues if you're using them for activities other than running.

There are other athletic shoes that look similar but are meant for the gym, court and maybe some light running that are more durable. These are not it.
