Britax Boulevard Convertible Car Seat - $239.99

Amazon has the Britax Boulevard Convertible Car Seat with the Cool Flow Moisture Wicking Fabric for $239.99. While this color combo is an Amazon exclusive, usually the Cool N Dry version of the Boulevard is $30 more than the non-cool flow (so normally it's $354.99) but for some reason Amazon has it priced $30 less.

There is a general Britax sale across retailers (Buy Buy Baby, Kohls, etc), but this is the cheapest option for the Boulevard (and actually makes it the same price as the version lower - Marathon).

For soon to be parents, because the question comes up all the time in car seat threads, while this will technically work for infants, my recommendation is to get 1 infant car seat (with a base where you can remove the carseat but leave the base) as you'll definitely want to be able to take it in/out with your little one in it for the first 3-6 months. They can use that one longer (height/weight varies) but you want that function the most early on.

Then you'll want to buy a convertible car seat (this product) for a) your second car and/or b) when your kid outgrows the infant one (usually 12m+, but varies based on height/weight). In other words, don't bother buying 2 infant car seats or wasting money on second bases for it. You'll need a convertible car seat no matter what (once they outgrow the infant one), so may as well invest in that for your 2nd car.

I'll also chime in. we have non click type version of this and click tight version of frontier. OMG, get the click tight. it's a 10 second operation to get their seats strapped in. We've flown with our car seats a couple of times, click tight makes a frustrating experience go much smoother. The non click type isn't terrible and I was a bit iffy on click tight until we got one. Would never buy a non click tight britax anymore.

target currently has the gray version for $267. the 20% tradein coupon is coming in 2 days which should bring the price down to $220 roughly - 5% for red card. potential to save $20-$30 going this route.

Oh nice. Yep better deal if you can score a trade in coupon.

That is a slightly different fabric (cool flow not cool n dry) - but really don't think it'll make any difference.

Good catch. So many models and fabrics. Hard to keep straight. cool n dry is supposed to be a BBB exclusive apparently but Amazon has it too I guess (as an amazon exclusive).

Target has an exclusive fabric called dual comfort which is slightly cheaper than cool flow which should make a good deal at 20% off.
