Is this Lavazza stuff only for espressos? Is it any good for making drip coffee?
It was great in my drip coffee maker.

I buy from vilar imports on eBay. About $5 / lb. tons of options. Roasted fresh every day.

Had Brazilian, Tanzanian pea berry, and Colombia. Trying Costa Rica next.

Was originally skeptical that I'd be able to tell the difference, but it's very obvious. Brazilian is my fav so far.
Wow, will check this out

Bag I got in late August was roasted in the end of December of 2019. Have not tried it yet, but I found Lavazza beans fairly good for learning how to use my espresso machine.

I can see on the amazon product page it mentions it can be used for other brew methods, anyone tried drip?

The whole bean espresso blends CAN be used for drip but I personally find them not good to use for drip. In fact, Lavazzas own pre ground, drip specific blends like Perfetto are much better. Most whole bean variants from Lavazza are tailored for espresso. I know some will disagree and say its fine but I did not think it was good for drip in my experience.

Lavazza is really good coffee, and we drink it in both pod format (Blue) and get it in the 2.2lb bags like this. This price point seems to be frequently achieved in Amazon sales/coupons, and is practically the usual price it's so often on sale. So if you've got a bag or two already, I wouldn't feel rushed to jump on this deal.

Do you know of any reviews? How did you find out about this ebay store?

Lavazza does nitrogen flushing to preserve the beans. I am going to try fresh beans soon to see how much difference I can taste.

This is ok. The labazza super crema is much better imo. I bought this the last time it was on sale and did not really enjoy it.
The Lavazza coffee is more
Acidic than it used to be imo. Besides the green one, I am not impressed with their coffees anymore. Quality went downhill over the last two years.
