I believe local Business Costco has this at $10/bag. Same size and roast. Sale starts week of 14th.

Do you know of any reviews? How did you find out about this ebay store?
I actually found out about them here on sd! Forget the poster, but it was a coffee deal similar to this one, and someone schooled me in the error of my ways.

Reviews on eBay are very very positive and I haven't had a negative experience.

Get something roasted locally by some that knows a bit about what they are doing
Screw that get off your lazy booty and go to Costa Rica yourself then go climb a mountain and pick them yourself then on your way home kill some natives that try to skin you alive then bring the beans to a bean master that will then roast them fresh. Then and then grind them with 2 stones from Jesus into a thimble in which you will bring to a natural spring for water to then boil when you go to hell with the devil in lava. Then drink out of a dead man's skull used as a cup.

I bought these and they were incredibly stale. I then bought a variety of beans from Seattle Coffee Gear and were 1000x better. Fwiw, because it's on sale doesn't mean you should buy.

I recommend getting Super Crema over this one for espresso machines.

Lavazza does nitrogen flushing to preserve the beans. I am going to try fresh beans soon to see how much difference I can taste.
Which is fine until you open it. Biggest problem with these bags is the size, unless you can finish it within like two weeks of opening.

Is this also in warehouses? I don't think I've ever seen Lavazza in store.

IIRC, Super is blended for commercial machines and Gran is blended for consumer machines..?
I hate how Lavazza never lists the difference between their bags.

Got it and seems the low price has a reason. Apparently it was roasted a long time ago.
You got what you pay pay for. In this case, barely taste and smell as a coffee beans.
Waste of money. Typical Amazon 'deal'.....

What are some of your favorite at home brands? I like Community Coffee. Never tried this one.

Is this Lavazza stuff only for espressos? Is it any good for making drip coffee?
It's great for drip. Espresso roast is simply marketing to the US market. In Italy or France espresso is made from good quality medium roast coffee beans. There is no such thing as an espresso bean.
