Aww man I just bought straight outta Compton from the amazon deal but in HD. Should've waited for the 4K.

Straight out of Compton and American gangster are the only ones I'm interested in. It's unfortunate the uncut version of straight out of Compton isn't in 4K unlike the regular one.

$5 to license a rental. It's only yours until the service is there. Once VUDU goes under, the "ownership" of your video is gone. IMHO all studios should require a secondary service license transfer in case one goes under. If VUDU goes under, I should still be able to watch via iTunes or Google Video or some other shitty streaming service.

Several streaming services have gone under, and in each case they lined up a secondary license transfer to take care of their customers. So your concern is valid, but it is in fact what already happens.

I agree. I loved the sequel. Unfortunately, the original is always on sale, while I've never seen the sequel under $5.
That's because the sequel is owned by a different studio and is also MA. Pretty much the main reason I don't own all the chucky movies yet, ownership is spread out.

Really wish Vudu would get Blues Brothers in UHD. The UHD disk came out in May... Frown
Yeah.. and reemed the code that came with the hard copy and it redeemed in HDX on Vudu.

Vudu says not their problem.

that's why only purchase Movies Anywhere licensed titles .

If one service goes down.. you have multiple accounts linked to 1 main source.

Now if Disney every decides to cancel Movies Anywhere.. yeah.. I can see some class action law suits filed on money owed back to the buyers.

Big Tech is pushing hard to get rid of physical copies so.. they need to be held liable.

You redeemed a 4K code on a service that doesn't have 4K for that title. It needed to be redeemed direct on MA to get 4K rights there.

Yah.. I learned the hard way of my mistake.
I check MA app now before redeeming any digital code.

This 3 movies bundle for $5 is sort of hidden. Not MA but $1.67 each.
