I bought these about month ago from Woot. They are the international version so no warranty. You can do a return as usual withing the window which I started but have decided to keep them. I thought I could get the same features on another brand for about $60 but sadly it didn't pan out. What I like about the Samsung buds+ are they are very comfortable and do not stick out like some cheaper brands. The case is nice and small and the battery life is great on a single charge. The sound is enjoyable where you can customized the EQ from presets in the app. I leave it on dynamic. I really like the transparency mode and you can even select levels of it and even a super hearing one in the LABS section. Also, with the touch controls, they control everything even volume, but I noticed that in the shower with touch controls in general, the water starts registering unwanted touches so things get paused or volume gets lowered, etc. Not with the samsungs because they have an option to toggle off the touches in the app. I know these are water resistant only but I have taken them in the shower a few times and so far nothing has happened. I just make sure its secured in my ear and try not to let running water hit straight at it for long periods.

It is an international version which simply means same exact product but no US Samsung 12 month warranty. It does come with a warranty though and it is a 3 month Woot warranty. I never dealt with a woot warranty but considering that woot is an Amazon company, I would trust them.

I can't even remember the last time I actually returned an electronic device under warranty and I got like a million electronic devices. I guess I have been pretty lucky... (knock on wood)

Anyone know if these stay in well. The AKG headphones I got with my s20 fall out constantly. Tried all tip sizes. Ear wax or jawbone movement causes them to slip out

I've had both and the 1000mx3's do sound better but call quality wasn't great and the case was ginormous compared to the galaxy buds

This is great for calling and meetings. Great battery life, and very portable for keeping in the pocket. But, I wouldn't get it for music. For the price, the sound quality is really mediocre. The dynamic mode can improve it a bit (set from the phone app only). If you are using from a computer, that's not accessible.

I have been very impressed with my buds. It was brand new from woot. I did a comparison between my sounds peats and Jaybird X3. I think the sounds peats is very underrated for being like a $30 earbuds. The sounds peats has good quality but not quite on par with the Jaybird X3 and the Samsung. I actually prefer the sounds peats fit in my ear over the Samsung and Jaybird but the Samsung fit is perfectly fine as well. It is comfortable and won't fall out when jogging. The Samsung is overall the best of the 3. The Jaybird sounds great, is louder, actually has better noise cancellation and bass than the Samsung. The Jaybird is deeper in the ear and has a comfort foam which is made to block out outside noise. The cons for the Jaybird is the wire, the 9 hour battery life and proprietary charger. It isn't huge deal breaker cons but the wire is little bit annoying and battery life is very important. The Samsung really hits all the marks with comfortable fit, solid battery life and great sound quality.... I do wish it had the noise cancellation and bass of the jaybird but the samsung still does solid job of blocking out gym noise and providing good bass. I definitely recommend the samsung buds.
