Currently I eat jolly time healthy pop popcorn , 250 calories/12.5 cups popped per bag, pretty healthy other than carb amount and filling end of day snack. Orvilles smart pop id prefer to buy but the large classic bags are hard to find

How much is this at Costco?

They don't sell popcorn, that you can pop yourself, at Costco.
I have only seen at the Costco Business Center. It is a regularly carried item there. Last time I looked, it was $9.99.

I prefer Great Northern popcorn, great taste and just a few (<10, sometimes even less) unpopped kernels per batch, but good price if you like Orville Redenbacher's popcorn.

From a quality standpoint, I've found that Bobs red mill white kernels is the one to beat. Cost is about $4.60 for a 30oz bag from Walmart.

Jolly Time white popcorn 32oz/$1.94 is a slightly better deal and pops fluffier than the orville yellow kernels.

I just received this very item last week. I paid $11.50 and we haven't popped any yet, but it did arrive intact, bagged, and expiration date is June 2021. Mine was sold and shipped by Amazon.

If I knew it would be cheaper I would have held off a week, but we were out of popping corn and it is not currently stocked at our local Sam's or Costco.

I compared different brands of popcorn kernels out there and found the Amish Country Popcorn the best. The kernels are smaller than usual that makes it light and fluffy with minimal hulls. hullhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VJMJ...xFbZCG420B

Not as low cost but much better and worth it IMO
I just got another 7-pound container delivered last week of the Great Northern for $15.00
They have a 12.5 lb too for 21.78 currently
