Almost like any of these type of games right? The batman arkham series, spiderman, etc. I always feel like these games drag on.
People might wanna jump on that FFVII remake for $25. That was really a new game inspired from the source material and it was excellent!

I ended up getting the Platinum trophy on this, which is something I almost never do. That being said, even though I really enjoyed it, it gets super repetitive.

For those who have played Sekiro and Nioh how does this stack up?

Excellent game. Also, very beautiful. hit a 9.2 on user scores on metacritic which is the highest for this generation and well deserved.

Both of those games are better, but this game was still fun. It's way easy though.

Getting Platinum trophy on this game seems pretty easy, comparing to others, which some are almost impossible due to the requirement to achieve those trophies playing online, which I don't have time or care for. That's being said, the game is pretty easy to beat, the bosses are not so hard to beat, could take you a couple tries. A few side stories are mixed between somewhat interesting to meh. There are, of course, the repetition like in AC games, but different enough to feel refreshed.

Dunno, lots of open world games don't feel "repetitive." Skyrim, Witcher 3 are great examples. Even God of War PS4 even tho not exactly completely open world, was amazing start to finish.
Weird... I dropped witcher 3 after about 6 hours because I was bored out of my mind with it's monotony and atrocious controls/he mechanics.

Great game for the first 20ish hours. And I mean GREAT game. However, the tail-end gets really repetitive especially the missions. You also become so strong after unlocking each of the four power moves (Mythic Techniques) that fighting bad guys becomes too easy. It's still worth every dollar at this price and the story is good enough that it'll make you want to power through the mundane combat sequences towards the end. The game is stunning on PS4 Pro and the control mechanics are excellent.

Good price, great game. I bought mine new about two weeks ago to support Sucker Punch, the developer, and up the sales numbers, rather than buy used. Better than spending $60 on a new TLOU2 copy that will go directly into Cuckmann's pocket. I guess we all have choices to make with our disposable income. Have a nice day everyone.
The TLOU2 was fantastic. Don't listen to this post.
Had some of my favorite moments in a game

Definitely one of the games I'd say you should pick up if you like open world action games. It doesn't innovate a ton in the genre, but everything it does, it does really well and the entire game is just a sight to behold. The pacing is good and many of the camps can be approached in different ways.

You definitely do not have to do all the side quests, but they do open up new options on how you take on new challenges within the story.

Gamefly doesn't want you to buy the digital version of the PS5.
