Had seen this elsewhere, thanks for posting it. If you're considering a 3x8-pin power connector 3080, these would be a good choice. Peace

If you are getting a 30xx Founder's Edition card with the new 12 pin connector, it is worth keeping in mind that EVGA is charging $40 for their cable. Seasonic, meanwhile, is providing theirs for free.

The FE cards come with an adapter, but it is impressively ugly.

The included adapter would not be so bad if it wasn't 4" long! I have EVGA PSU but if anyone knows another make that would have a compatible 12 adapter please let us know. I have mixed cables from other PSU's and some where the same as EVGA. Either way not paying $40. I will live with adapter until aftermarket one becomes available. Comes in different lengths and colors. https://www.moddiy.com/products/C...2-Pin.html

This is a much better deal, especially for the new Nvidia 3000 series. You really don't need 1000w. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084TSB...yFbYDK1T2E

Interesting, good to know. Good thing I'm not getting a FE card.

129.99! I paid 139.99 for mine just a few days ago what a crime!

Edit: Nevermind! I spoke too soon - I bought a GX and this is a GM.

Don't forget to factor in size in your build. I noticed that Office Depot is not an authorized reseller. That would mean the warranty would last from when EVGA first shipped it out to Office Depot and not when you buy it. Can anyone confirm?

G1+ - 7-year warranty
G3 - 10-year warranty

They're both good, the GM is cheaper if you don't mind the semi module. I believe that's the only difference, but I could be wrong. Much better deal than the evga deal.

What's difference between the two?

I bought it from Amazon. They tend to get stock frequently and enjoyed the purchase.
