If you can find a car that uses these and is less than $300 that would be the ultimate Slickdeal.
I think these will fit on Toyota Prius
Not sure where you came up with that number. There are cars sold in the US that will take this size tire. From both US and non-US manufacturers.

These are 15", if you put these on a car.. wouldn't they be worth more than the car, or am I totally off base?

Is this post directed to sd in Europe? In the USA min tire size is 19
More like 16". That was point of my post. 15" was the standard for base years ago.

These will fit to Honda fit (I think) but after you factored in the installation, which is about $30 to $40 per tire, you won't save much if compare to Costco (comes with life time tire rotation and repair)

Will these fit civic 2013 lx sedan 4 door?
Look at the sidewall of your current tires. The size will be printed on them

$40 is overestimated for installation, more stores will do it for $80-100. Some people mention Walmart will do it for less than $50 but I have never done it myself.

Even civics have had 16" wheels for many years now as the cheapest/lowest selection (many have 17s). Like others have been saying, there's not a whole lot out there that takes 15" tires any longer except for maybe a few subcompact cars like Mazda2s or Honda Fits.
