#6542 worked for me shipped to home. Buy now, think later purchase for me at this point. Got some projects lined up and starting to stock up on the Dewalt 20v tools. Probably won't get to my projects until the end of the year, so I'll return if a better deal comes along. Pretty sure they have a 180 day return period now due to COVID.
I'm waiting inside till the smoke clears... Other than that, beautiful sunny days... Just warnings not to go out.

Before I bought this for 299. I would go with the 60v Worm Drive for 249. (Pretty sure it comes with a battery at that price) ive used the dcs578 and the DCS577B and the Worm Drive DCS577B blows the Dcs578 away. And dewalt put this hammer drive on sale all the time for $99. So if you think about it you can get the Worm Drive DCS557B for $40 dollars more. And in my opinion the Worm Drive version is worth paying a $100 extra dollars for, only issue with this way is you have to wait for the hammerdrill to go on sale, but in my opinion that would definitely be worth the wait.
@$249, there is no battery. Have to go to $369 to get the battery, at least through Home Depot

That's the bare tool price, kit is 399 regularly with the same battery this kit has.

As for a number of other posts, you guys really need to stop mixing your battery voltage/ah ratings and do what manufacturers would do if they weren't playing games, and look at your battery in watt/hours. Volts x MAH = watt hour, IE this comes with a 60v @ 3ah or 180w/h battery, a 6ah at 20v battery mentioned in a comment for example is only 120w/h. Even the biggest 20v battery, the 8ah is still smaller than this one (160w/h).

This kit is a steal at this price, I bought it and sold the hammer drill/battery with an old bag and 20v charger for 100, then I sold my old 6.5 saw and 4ah battery/charger/bag for 140. so I paid 60 dollars, a couple chargers and my 6.5 saw and battery to get a 9ah battery and this saw. The saw is a beast.

Does this hammer drill have the side handle? I don't see it in pic. I thought all hammer drills have that
I purchased this set, the drill does not come with the handle.
So I purchased it for $10 from amazon.
Works amazing and looks great with the handle. Here's the link:

Is this the best brushless drill that isn't very heavy?

I have an 18v hammer drill and circular saw already. I want something less heavier so I Want a new drill for 20v battery and I was planning to use an adapter for my other 18v tools. Is it worth it to get this deal and sell the circular saw? Just not sure this is the best drill to get or wait for something better.

Was that the one with the hard toolbox too? I just came across that deal on here looking back at old ones, and after checking BrickSeek and calling HD robot for an inventory check, I've got a semi-local store that supposedly had a couple in stock @ $200. Seems too good to be true but I might give it a shot.
Do u have the sku on the box one and any luck getting it?

I don't get it. If it's on sale for $299 online, it should be on sale for $299 across the board, no? I put in my local HD and it comes up at $537 shipped to home. I put in another that's about 20 miles away and it comes up at $299 shipped to home.

It's not like that particular store is shipping it. They are shipped from the same warehouse. Why should it matter which store I look at the price in?

BTW, I'm not trying to buy this. I just saw you guys talking about putting in store numbers to change the price and was curious for my area. It doesn't make sense to me that HD does this.

Regional pricing is common. Trying to target a certain area or market by offering a good deal. Unfortunately with the Internet, that doesn't work so well anymore :-)

You guys are feeding my tool obsession lol. I bought one. Seems like a good deal, especially once I sell my existing tools, and/or that hammer drill.

This is the item:

https://brickseek.com/p/flexvolt-...bo/6770117

You can call your local HD store and tell the robot prompt "price check," read off the internet number, and it should tell you inventory and price for that store. On something like this that seemingly clearanced and sold out everywhere months ago, I'd probably take any stock with a grain of salt but it may be worth a shot. I've struck out at several store on a similar months-old deal on a FLEXVOLT grinder. I did get 3 dozen boxes of Pergo flooring 75% off about a month ago, but had a buddy drive 80 miles to another store showing 30 in stock; he got there and they looked for it and claimed they couldn't find it anywhere.

You cannot. This kit comes all in one box, so you would have to return all or none.

It actually comes with a 9.0AH Flexvolt battery, which retails for $219 and lasts a very long time on other 20V tools.
The price changes when I put my address in. Anyway around this?
