The creality resin printer can actually print layers twice as small as this one so you will get much better detailed prints with the crealtiy vs this one. Its well worth the extra $40 and creality has a huge user base over monoprice

This. Someone will have posted something on the internet that answers just about any question or issue you have with a Ender 3 or Ender 5.

Ender 3 / Ender 5 are filament printers, not comparable to a resin printer, they are almost entirely different. Here's my summary of the differences:

Filament:
pro: Faster, cheaper printers, cheaper plastic, bigger prints, can make less than 100% infill to further speed up & reduce material usage. A lot more options in terms of materials.

con: Lower resolution. A bit more limitation on shapes that can be printed

Resin:
pro: Much higher resolution. Generally you can't even see or feel the layer lines unless you're looking up close. Possible to print completely almost clear objects (with some finishing/polishing steps). A bit more freedom in the kinds of shapes you can print.

con: Messy, you have chemical goop that needs to be cleaned off after every print, and it's bad for you, wear gloves. Prints generally require washing in rubbing alcohol, and then curing under a UV light to get to full strength (or leaving it out in the sun for a day). Much slower. Much smaller print area. Much more expensive materials, often locked to only buying material from the printer maker. The print bed is generally a consumable that needs to be replaced after every N number of prints (or more often if you screw up).
