I got this blower for my stepdad, it came with a weedeater which is more functional. This is more of a shop blower than a outdoor blower but I guess does the job if you never used a gas one before. It "works" to sweep the driveway if the grass is dry after a trim but like I said it is "disappointing" after a normal mowing when used to a gas blower. He uses it mostly to stoke the fire when he smokes to get the charcoal and oak going which is pretty useful.

This is compact like the name indicates. Very small. Do not buy it thinking you'll use it as a leaf blower. It's good for blowing sawdust, that's about it. Maybe some other creative uses.

I think it would be tedious with this.

You also have to keep holding down the button to keep it going. I found that uncomfortable for longer jobs.

Personally I find it most useful for short bursts of air in small jobs. Like a like of sawdust or crumbs to clear off.

Tried it with dry grass clippings. It did move them but it's slow going.

this is perfect for cleaning out dusty computers and air vents. Don't need to buy anymore compressed air cans!
Its not meant to replace a full size blower.

I don't think this is the same blower. This one is more for blowing off your workbench or smaller parts. It's not meant for yardwork.

I use it to dry my car after I wash it. It is tedious. Better than starting with towel dry first, as it can get most of the water off the car. It is useful to get into the crevices where water can sometimes collect. As mentioned, there is no "on button" and you ave to hold down the trigger to keep it going. It's not the lightest thing in the world after a bit but its useable for this purpose.

I bought this several months ago for my business. I do home repairs, mainly exterior. It has exceeded my expectations. Works perfectly for me. Sawdust-roof granules and small debris don't stand a chance. One of my favorite tools.

Worse blower I bought, just buy the big brother, this thing is so little and weak. I'll buy this at $15 and won't pay for $7 shipping!

If you bought one of these expecting it to perform like a full-size outdoor leaf blower then you're obviously a 1 star product of your parents and your ability to spend money exceeds that of your reading comprehension. This, on the other hand, is a 5 star product of Ryobi.

It's very simply a compact workspace blower as named and excels at that function. The compact size, (relatively) high volume of air and the flexible rubber nozzle that can be bent, squeezed and crammed in to some tight spots means I've been able to use it in a multitude of other scenarios as well where a full-size blower or even air gun wouldn't have been able to do the job. Every time I use it I enjoy recalling that I wondered what I'd really ever use it for when I bought it (I got it for $15) - but it's just one of those tools that end up surprising you with recurring & unexpected utility.

One of my most used Ryobi tools. It's got a short "nose" so not 100% ideal for yard work, but you can use it to clean leaves and other stuff. It's actually more powerful than I thought it would be. I use it to clean the garage, inside the car, engine bay (dust and other debris), my bike after a dusty trail ride, etc. I really like this tool.
