Awesome!!!!! I've been watching this specific shelter for a month now (your post hit my deal alert)

. even on Amazon prime warehouse, the best deal was $101 USED. (and I bought one used, and the poles were all bent not even worth trying to get another used one through there...)

Thanks!

How's that? Don't like em, cut em off. They are not needed at all on this one.

This is a solid deal on a nice easy-up.

I have had this canopy for years, and the rope stabilizers aren't needed at all for regular use. They might be useful to secure it in a windy area.

Do they sell just the canopy part? Mine ripped badly after a year out in the California sun. Still got the frames but useless without the top.

If you find any, please share. We're in FL. same issue. Unexpected wind, sun, and wham. Thanks in advance.

Maybe redgiant66 means it sucks when you walk into it because you forgot it is there?

What he said - Had mine for 3-4 years and it's great. Lots of shade. Got mine for $30 though when Walmart was clearing them out at the and of the summer, thanks to SD!

Edited to add - I would certainly recommend it at $100. Well worth lots more than that, IMO. Pick yourself up a set of universal side walls while you're at it, you'll definitely need them someday (either for wind protection or sun).

Why? I have this canopy and have never once used them, or felt like I needed to use them.

There's only something to walk into if you decide you want to stake the thing down with the ropes, I've never done so in the last 2 years I've owned mine using it various times for parties and camping.

Very happy with this product. I got from Costco when it went on off-season clearance in the $80s a few years back.

The clamps on the poles are easy to use and solid. Have not had to use the ropes, not sure why people are complaining. During a tailgate @ a Bills game, we did stake down the corners with generic tent spikes during high winds (holes at the base of the poles) and it was fine.

I'm tall, this is one of the few tents I don't whack my head on when walking under. I really like how the shade/cover extends past the poles.

Have also used in Winter time, using generic or coleman walls on 3 sides, with a propane heater. Good job keeping warmth in.
