Lenovo return policy states they offer free return shipping and no restocking on all orders returned in 30 days. Does anyone know if that actually applies to chairs?

I'm in the middle of returning another chair, hard to show room anything right now...
Can confirm free returns. Just returned one that I ordered a month ago.

This chair makes creaking sound on the seat every time I move my butt, which is annoying. Other than that, it is comfortable.

It seems like the cushion bottom is better and headrest is better and each of these chairs only has one or the other?

Hmm... I bet the masses would disagree on this one.
Comfort is subjective. I had an Aeron at work for 5 years and had recurring pain. It wasn't very good and only kinda worked with a Backjoy on it.

I thought about picking this up last weekend, but when I went to sit in one in an Office Depot, they seat mesh was pretty saggy, and the cylinder was broken. Essentially, my thighs were resting against the front edge padding which cut off my circulation. I was specifically looking at this chair to help my circulation, but I assume the one in the store was damaged?

I know nothing about chairs, but now that I'm fully WFH, I am finding my $100 Office Depot bonded leather chair is uncomfortable for more than a couple hours.

With that said. I found someone locally selling HM mirra chairs. Everyone is saying how awesome the Aeron is, but where does the mirra (assuming it's the first generation, not v2) stand?

I am trying to place the order, but keep getting "Authorization has failed. Please contact your credit card provider." Anyone else have this problem?
