Fair enough. I used to play basketball in my Pegasus and almost rolled my ankles multiple times. Didn't stop until it happened to a friend with who was playing with Vapormax and tore his ACL landing.
He torn his acl rolling his ankle... That's not typically how it works. Also most people aren't athletic enough for shoes to have much impact. Injuries are more likely a result of age and lack of flexibility. Try stretching bro.

If you are really asking these questions instead of just arguing, I will say you can go ahead to buy them for running. As it is clear you don't care about running seriously anyway.
Said like someone that thinks running is an actual sport... Lol. Best at exercising. Lol

Can happen to anyone that plays guard and drives hard. I guess Zach Lavine and Derrick Rose should stretch more Confused

Do I need a size 14 for these to fit?? I have never ever bought a size 14 in my life lol. THey don't have 13.5's... Anyone else wear size 13 who have these that can contest to this question and give me a legit answer on what size to get? I have the Kyrie Irvine III's size 13, low ankle and not much ankle support, they're quite heavy. I have the Reebok Collegiate grey ones that popped up many times on front page for like $35 that I prefer to wear casually and am curious if they'd be good basketball shoes in general. I also have the harden's that are lowcut size 13 fairly heavy shoe but grippy, seems to help my shooting.

TLDR: I wear size 13, do i need to get a 14??

LISTEN KID! I've been hearing that crap ever since I was at UCLA. I'm out there busting my buns every night. Tell your old man to drag Walton and Lanier up and down the court for 48 minutes.
Timmy, have you ever seen a grown man naked? 🥴

I bought these solely for outdoor basketball use as they have a pretty durable/hard outsole. No complaints so far. I am usually a size 10.5 in nikes, but went half a size up as i double sock when i play basketball. However, wearing one sock was also comfortable and not loose. Would def recommend for outdoor/indoor basketball as it is pretty comfortable. Would def buy again at this price.

Ordered these last week. Got an email today saying my order was cancelled as they don't have my size. Funny that their computer inventory would allow a sale to go through that they don't have stock for. Must be affiliated with Lowes.

Just tried these on yesterday - they're a steal for $40. Hard rubber means it'll last longer than a lot of the 'premium' shoes out there, especially when played outdoors.

The materials are decent, and the traction/containment. I know some people don't like the Havoc's hard cushion, but it offers better impact protection than I expected. Its' definitely still for guards, and those who like more court feel and quick moves, but the stiff cushion is better than expected.

Running shoes cant be used on basketball court but basketball shoes can be used as running shoes
Running shoes CAN be used to play basketball with. Depends on what kind of player you are.

If you're an athlete jumping up for rebounds, dunking, making sharp turns, etc. I agree, running shoes aren't going to fly. You want the extra support of basketball shoes for the landing, etc.

However, if you're like 95% of people... or likely 98% of those on this site, running shoes will work just fine.

I would NOT use basketball shoes for serious running.. No way.
