So... they're not making us pay tariffs anymore on these? I guess they could manage to turn a profit on the huge markup.

Last time I got one of these it ended up being a fake
Thanks for the tip. These say they're sold by Amazon, so not likely fake.

Love RTIC stuff, it's down the road here in Houston, for the HQ anyways. Solid price for the classic 30oz.
They used to sell their stuff at Buc-ee's before they went direct-to and retail their own store. All of my tumblers from RTIC came from Buc-ee's, it was $9.99 then. Not all the colors, but even on the Rtic site, lot of the colors are out of stock. I have waterbottles from RTIC from last sale. Ozark Trail ones in 30oz too are good, and usually around $8 or less after holiday times.

Buc-ee's has a Yukon brand 30oz tumbler now for $9.99. it's slimmer than older Yeti/Ozark/Rtic style so the handles won't fit. Just FYI in case you're stopping by a Buc-ee's anytime soon.
Moved away from Texas 1 year ago. I miss Bucees and HEB so much.

I have bought numerous items from RTIC. A 40 oz water bottle and some different sizes food container. Water bottle is just terrible. Doesn't keep liquid cold for no more than 3 hrs. There is condensation around water bottle in less than 20 min. Food container on the other hand is a different story. I don't know if I have had a bad water bottle but from my experience it's nothing compared to yeti or other okark and I had have them all

I have these. Both the old version and this one; I fill with ice and water at work and the ice lasts most of the day; at the end of the day if I refill, there's still ice and water when I return the next day. Also; this version of the lid seals so well that I do office 'look at me, I'm holding this over my head and it doesn't leak' tricks. Scored a dozen of these for $7.99 back in 2017; this is a good price for a very good product. People complaining about the lid breaking must be dropping them down the stairs; cause after 3 years of constant use; that's the only way my lid broke. Also; customer service is pretty good. Responsive, but unless you have a defective product from jump; you're not getting any freebies.

you have a bad one.. I have about 20 of these from various $10 sales and none condensate nor melt that fast. Like others on here - add ice and they last all day. Perhaps defective... I'd just toss and buy another one for $10 to try again.

i couldn't find the ozark trail 40 oz 2 pack in june when it was posted here, but just found some last weekend in my store. $10 for 2 and the 40oz size is impossible to find in nearly any brand. they had silver and black.

I see the 30oz ozarks for as cheap as $2 per mug... and I have 4. Compared performance with my Yeti that was gifted to me and no difference. Not sure why I would anyone would spend $10 or $20 for yeti unless they just like to toss $$$.

You can get 6 pack for $50 on Amazon which is a better deal, making this not slick.

Yep, it's always a 2 for 1 shopping trip with the Outlet mall and the RTIC store down the street from each other.

I wouldn't put them in there.... the way they're made, some will have issues. Takes a few seconds to wash by hand, not sure why anyone would do that... of course, people put do stupid things all the time - nice knives, wood cutting boards, etc.
You still have not explained how putting them in the dishwasher will break the seal. And some brands specifically state that their stainless steel models are dishwasher safe, just not models that have other finishes.

Makes no sense why you can't put it in the dishwasher. You pour far hotter liquid into the cup than the temperature of the dishwasher.

Whe you put hot or cold in the cup, the outer layer remains room temp. Your dishwasher heats up the outer and inner layers, and depending on cycles, may cool off the outer layer quicker, which could disrupt the vacuum seal.

On a side note, I have 30 oz Ozark trail ones. One was powder coated right up to the rim, usually there is a stainless steel band the last inch or so on the outside of the cup. It started chipping/wearing at that area. I no longer use it to drink out of, but it fits a 12 oz can and will keep it cold (if the beverage is chilled beforehand). Lid on will keep it cold longer, but works either way. Nice to have a 'mini' can cooler on occasion.
