From where did you get the LG 27BL85?
Walmart believe it or not. They had the best price and return policy. It's on Amazon for about the same price but from a 3rd party seller.

Newegg has it in stock but I can't confirm if they are an authorized dealer for warranty purposes.

Damn how many releases of the same panel is LG going to release. Amazon has thus new model 27UN850-W floating around

Does anyone have any concrete number on the input lag for this monitor?
I could assume it's 8.8 ms based off rtings review of the 27uk650, but displayspecifications claims it's 15 ms, but I do not trust that number because they peg the 27ul500 for 15 ms when dispayninja and monitornerds have it at 8 and 9.5ms respectively.

Anyone received their monitor and tried it ? what do you think? I just received mine.initial impression is good. However I can not say I like the stand as much.I am going to mount it on table stand anyways. My observation is that white balance around corners/edges is better than Dell S2721Q.It does have traditional bezels though ,so not as sleek looking as Dell but picture quality /white balance is better which matters to me. It also has single joystick control on bottom of the panel instead of 5 push buttons in Dell.I was also surprised to see separate power brick for the power supply instead of connecting directly to the monitor.I did not see any dead pixels yet.Though it has 300cd (Typ) brightness compared to 350 on Dell I am using it comfortably at 60 brightness mark where as for Dell I use 70 mark for the same brightness,so I do not think that does matter.Others please post your feedback if possible.

The promo code still works, and 5% Chase Freedom for Paypal, and 1% from some CB site makes this intriguing.

This was a SD just maybe a month ago and I got one. I'm happy with it- looks good and the price is right. Using a Color Spyder (also bought on an SD) determined it came from the factory very bright but it's all good now. I've got it on a dual monitor stand so can't comment about what it came with.

I got one from last deal and I am very pleased with it for my use. I am not a heavy gamer and mostly use for work n streaming n light gaming. This monitor was my first 4k and picture quality was sharp n clear than my previous 1980x1080 27 hp monitor. Price was good n I love it since day1. Get it if u want.

Plenty at 144hz but also 2k price so yeah. 4k is too early to mess with, for gaming. Imo. 144 or 240 1440p or 1080p is fine for the next 4 years until prices go down. 60hz just isn't fun unless its for movies and such. Gaming, absolutely not

I'm looking for a monitor for upcoming Xbox Series X...4K 60hz or 1440p and 120hz. So confused on which one to get.

Looks like Series X will be able to utilize 4K 120hz when optimized in certain games, unsure if this is possible with its hardware.

4K - 120hz monitors are $$$$$ and can't justify that purchase right now.

Playing Xbox one X on either a Visio - 40" 4K 60hz or Samsung Q6 - 75" 4K 120hz TV panel. Will I notice a big difference with a monitor setup?!

Same. I'm getting the PS5 and I'm incredibly overwhelmed with what I should get monitor wise. I currently have the LG 32ML600M-B 32" and I'm happy with it but I want the best experience when next gen comes my way. Without breaking the bank of course.

Agreed, overwhelmed & confused...😞

I have read 27" for 1440p and a 32" for 4K resolutions...anyone willing to give their 2c?
