How big tower does this need to fit in? Will it work with 300w power supply? I am trying to find a new motherboard for my old pc, and any advise is appreciated

What CPU do you have? This will only work with Ryzen Zen 2 (released July 2019) and upcoming Zen 3 processors. CPU sockets and chipsets are redesigned every few generations, you need to know your exact CPU to match it with an appropriate motherboard.

I agree--just finished a build with this mobo & a Ryzen 3600, spent a long time researching.

Comments say the m2 slot doesn't support m2 SSDs? Is that true? Doesn't make sense as it seems most builds these days are including an m2 ssd as the boot drive

It supports nvme m.2 drives but not sata m.2 drives which is what the comment is referring to.

It supports nvme which is the better one. With prices these days for nvme theres literally no point in getting a m2 sata hard drives, unless youre trying to save 15 dollars (then you can go for a 2.5 sata for more price:memory) or your mobo doesnt support it.

Thanks, I misunderstood and thought it just didn't support SSDs at all. Build I'm planning has an m2 NVME drive and most builds I see are opting for the speed increase if NVME but I didn't really realize that NVME was completely different than SATA.

Capitalism has already driven the prices as low as possible.
