These also work good to put on a stroller if your pushing your kid for a walk at really any time of the day.

Any trick to doing it? Isn't giving me the discount on the second order
I can't order 2 from Amazon app, but if I use desktop, I was able to order a second one

are these for being seen or will that front light actually illuminate the road a decent amount?

anyone have a good recommendation for a cell phone handlebar mount?
Good for being seen, not for seeing. You will want to look for a bike headlight that has maybe 300 lumens or more atleast. You will notice they are usually shaped different to allow a larger battery/power.

In terms of phone mount, quad lock is the best but pricey. It's one of the few I would trust on aggressive rides that also has the sleekest form factor.
A cheap option is the "nite ize handleband" that is often $12-15 and is good enough if you are just attaching it to a neighborhood cruiser. It's basically just a band that attaches to bike, and another band that straps the phone down (partially blocks the screen but not too bad).

No. They're made for handlebars or seat posts.

FWIW, "Vont" things have been posted on here 6 times in the past month. Pretty frequent appearance on SD for a 3rd party Amazon seller. I would be wary of the positive feedback on something that is being pushed on here so hard.

I bought these in July for $17. I bought them for my 4 y/o son's bike for some extra visibility. I love them, they're very bright and the different functions are great. We don't ride for long periods but I've only had to recharge them twice.

I bought these at regular price and they work well enough. The rubber stretchy strap will eventually fail but it's expected. I think it will last a couple of years at least. I would only use this for other people to see you, not for lighting the road.

Sometimes you don't plan for it so it's good to have even if you don't ride it in the dark. I start using it when skies start dimming just a little.

What? Oh... you mean in Texas... cause you get more hours of sunlight than, say, the rest of the United States.

As a heads up, there are people who live in states north of Texas. We have this thing called "winter solstice". It's usually on December 21st. For a month before and a month after the sun is not up on our way to work, or on the way home.

So, a couple lights on your bike go a long way if you, you know, choose to bike instead of driving.

In for 2, thanks OP.

Perfect, in for 2 (both via app). I was about to get these a few days ago but wound up getting the LXL set since it was a lightning deal.

Note, when purchasing the second set, I had to wait a few minutes before the coupon discount reappeared at checkout.

Also, during the confirmation that this was not a duplicate purchase, the full price (without coupon) was shown, but I confirmed after this second purchase that the coupon was applied.
