Yes it's 24.99 in store , but free shipping online
Who the fck thumbed down my first comment, as well?
I am literally standing in front of it right now (no way to attach a pic on the phone): $24.99. St. Charles, IL. The castle from Frozen is also $24.99.
Thumb down away, morons. So much for helping out the community.

i was checking to see if pricing was regional and if anyone else might have seen it at the same price to confirm it was that price all over
reason is, usually the diff. in price b/t online and stores is more than $2. Usually they are trying to cover shipping somewhat, so $2 is an odd discrepancy in price

It stands to reason that if you wanted to know whether or not it was regional, you might have asked _where_ I saw this deal, not if anyone else in the entire country could confirm it?
Costco pricing and product availability make no sense. Lots of time you are directed online for clothes availability in different sizes (because G-d forbid the warehouses actually carry Small anything or 30W pants). Trouble is, most of the time these items are more expensive online. But they aren't alone in this. Loads of stores (the Gap portfolio and Staples immediately come to mind) claim to be independent of B&M. It's infuriating.
Fwiw, Diagon Alley and Platform 9 3/4 are in the same box. That's what makes it an awesome deal - each of the buildings is $10 if you're lucky enough to find them.
