Basically it is Super Mario U + the Luigi DLC ..... sooo yes.

It was not my favorite entry in the series......it was just ridiculously difficult in some areas that made zero sense. I just thought to myself " Isn't this a game that kids are supposed to play?? no way they wouldn't break the Wii U control pad out of frustration"
I found it much harder on the Switch cuz I was playing on the Joycon. Frown

Doubt it. These are on sale now only because of the 35th anniversary happenings.
Prices for these games have been as low as $40 on/off since March of this year. Also, last Black Friday Mario Odyssey, Zelda BofW, Splatoon 2 and Mario Party was $29.99 at Target.

Thanks.

Funny how I have a Target Circle offer for 10% off video & board games... with the Offer Icon showing Super Mario Maker, and then right below says "Excluded Nintendo games."

😐
That's a Nintendo restriction.

Super Mario Maker 2 is a ton of fun! Just got it a couple days ago from a different 40$ deal and find myself spending hours playing through different levels.

Zelda Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey were $30 each on black Friday last year. So, if Nintendo allows them to be that price, I'm sure these games can go lower as well.

And is the fact that Target displays an excluded game in the ad also a Nintendo restriction?

Same here. My wife and I played it last night and were passing the controller back and forth like the good ole days.

Idk I feel like manufacturing industry is so behind and companies aren't making as many of each product (intentionally or unintentionally not sure) so there is less incentive for sellers to mark it low. People I have spoken with who run or own businesses have said they have less product to sell.
Yep. Supply chains are ruined everywhere. No surplus to try to sell off in the early fall, they're just going to be doing everything they can to ramp up production for the Christmas season.

This is as low as your going to find it. Especially if your looking for it new from a retailer. $20 off is big for Nintendo.
Super Mario Odyssey was $30 at Target and Walmart last year. Super Mario Party was $30 at Walmart too. There is chance that Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe will drop to $30 this year.

I wouldn't bet on that happening again this year.

I'm worried the BF deals will be abysmal this year.
Gaming industry has not suffered at all from COVID...
