I have similar one and they are hard to use, if you put too close, it will melt the think you contact, not just dirt, if you put too far away, it is not hot enough and do nothing, after few use, it start having problem that not hot enough and not enough pressure.
Make sure you use distilled or some type of purified water. Otherwise you will have scale build up from minerals left behind and you will have issues running it for long.
I would use reversed osmosis water ONLY with any steamer. The steam mop is still go strong after one year once weekly use.

So just like Bissell steam mops. Good for 15/20 uses and then bust.

If you have fin tube baseboard heaters...this is great to clean the dust and debris off the fine to return to max efficiency. Plus you wont have that burning dust smell. Mine eventually stopped heating but great little tool.

The kit has a grout tool. I have this same unit. I use it to clean furnitures and stain on carpet.

I bought the one from harbor freight, lasts 45 mins and yes it cleaned my white sanded grout like new, used distilled water.

I got the 39N7A last year for $28.78 + tax. Judging by just a quick look on the item pages, the A has more attachments. The most notable (to me) attachments missing in the V are the extension hose and the window/squeegee attachment
