What's the difference red handle VS red and blue? Do they signifying different quality levels or just newer products?
The red handle is more of a rubber dip coated handle and the red/blue is a comfort grip. Depends on your needs. I'm a homeowner and don't use my tools all day long so the red handle works for me just fine. If you're a mechanic or handyman then you may want the comfort grip.

For $20 it's worth one pair just to see and have them to compare to other brands for the quality and usage. $20 is a cheap gamble to try them before someone invests $200. But I never have heard of anyone regretting buying Knipex tools.

I would also like to add that the red/blue comfort grip adds a bit more bulk to the tool which might matter depending on how you store and/or transport your tools.

That being said, they really are much more comfortable and I surely don't regret getting them.
