Agreed this plastic (Resin) shelf price is what I paid for a Husky 5 tier metal shelf at $38 via Slickdeals - Walmart during Black Friday last year.

Nonetheless, this may be good for a green house; other than that it's pretty pricey. I would wait for Black Friday sales.

I got these. They have holes all over it and can't put anything small on it without it falling. Total garbage

I think this maybe normal pricing now. I use to seem go for $20-$25, but I haven't see any in those price ranges all year.

Are the holes the reason you are calling it garbage, or just the overall quality? I want shelves to put plants on so I need the holes for drainage.

Not much of a deal. These look similar to the generic store branded ones available at Lowes or Home Depot for about the same price. The ones from Home Depot look a bit beefier but they have the same stated capacity of 750 pounds. I have a bunch of the HD ones and they're ok with maybe 300 pounds if you put the heavier stuff on the bottom. Hint to prevent wobbling or for earthquake safety, wrap a bit of wire around the top and anchor it to the wall. $45:

I have both of these in my garage used to use the middle shelves for bottled water/cases of soda/etc to avoid bending over. Living in Florida has not treated them well as they will eventually sag with heavy items in a hot garage. They totally get the job done, but they won't look good doing it!

Similar sized wire-framed metal shelves are regular price $70ish at HD/Lowes.

I have the Lowes version of these plastic shelves, they're ok for storing things that are in totes, power tools, etc. They tend to sag with liquids like cases of water. I don't know about these, but Craftsman plastic shelves have disclaimer that their capacity is reduced at a poind/degree rate over a certain temp, maybe 90' or 95 F

Nah, I meant gorilla rack style, metal with MDF shelves. But I guess prices for racks have skyrocketed with people deciding to stock up on supplies thanks to propaganda scare tactics.

not a fan of these. Those holes can be homes to many spiders and you can get a BAD surprise when you pull things off the shelf (personal experience....

I returned mine. They were very flimsy upon inspection. I have heavy racking and these would not cut it. Went back to Home Depot for the Husky brand one.
