Y'all loved this deal a few weeks ago at $249.99. Now my Lowe's has about a dozen brand new in the box Kobalt 80V Max 5.0 amp 21-inch electric mowers (including battery and charger) for just $100.
They marked them to $199.99 this weekend and I bought one, so when I saw it on clearance today I had them adjust the price to credit $99.99 back to me, and bought one more just for the battery.
My local store is Athens. OH. They show up at the $199.99 price online, but in store they are stacked up and just $100 each. They also have the Greenworks mowers on sale for the same price, but they were originally $399.99

$249 all around me. Still a great price. I bought the previous gen 80v mower on clearance a couple years ago and absolutely love it! Plenty of power, great battery life, and quiet as can be. Couldn't ask for more!
I've done it with the 60v tools. Just modify either the grooves of the battery
Same here with the 80V. First battery took a while to do, as I was Dremeling out the grooves just a very little bit at a time. Once I figured out how much exactly I needed to groove out and got the hang of it (and I got a feel for the plastic itself that I was buzzing out), the second and third batteries I grooved out were finished much faster.
The whole lot is 1/4acre, so the actual lawn is likely a quarter of that and is split into 3-4 sections. So I am guessing the non propelled is likely good enough?
