I see reviews mention it works with alexa. Does it work with Google home?

I just installed some of these from the last time this was on the front page. I don't think it was this "brand", but in my mind, these are all the same.

Sticky tape has been good, easily adhering. Brightness is great. Remote needs to be pointed AT the IR receiver for it to work. The fact you can snip off any excess is great. I wish you could shut up the first few lights from the power source so you could have a dark run before the lights begin, but I just use electrical tape to cover up the lights I don't want shining.

My biggest issue, and it isn't the fault of the lights, I wish the lights had a diffuser over them. My lights are mounted under my kitchen counters, and now I see hundreds of individual lights reflecting off my kitchen floor. A little annoying. But again, not the lights fault.

If black tape blocks the light, maybe try a semi-transparent tape to diffuse the light? (Like a cheap knockoff of scotch tape that's not perfectly clear)

Can it be controlled by Google home?

To address the reflecting dots issue, I pointed my LEDs at the backsplash instead of downwards.

Will this code work for other lengths like the 50ft? Anyone tried to sync these up to HomeKit using HomeBridge or something of the sort?

Just got it for $9 for the 16.4 ft. Which should be long enough for my 65" tv

If you scroll down to special offers on the strip light page there is a coupon for 10% off Jesled accessories which are the connectors. Or you can go directly to the connectors but I don't know if you will get the savings without clipping the add both to cart on the strip light page.

Here is the link to the connectors:

So with these kits is it better to buy multiple kits or just buy longer lengths? Both my kids want these for their bedrooms to go along their walls and I'm not sure what the best way to buy them is?
