Very legit. Choose one item from quite a few choices and it shows you a form. That form offers you choices of where to purchase. Depending on your choice, you can get a code for online (Best Buy for example) or buy in store (Home Depot for example). Not risky since discount is at the time of purchase.

Sweet. My MIL was wanting a second Nest E for the man cave control. Now to wait for a sale to combine the two...

Search homedepot.com for one of the thermostats on the list. There is a rebate link under the price.
Atmos Energy also has $75 off but it's through rebate form.

This might be the best strategy since last BF the Nest was $140 at Amazon (not a retailer on the list obviously but assuming other retailers will offer similar discount, that could actually make this a great deal). Right now, even with the $75 discount, it's still more expensive than it was at Amazon then so good deal if you can't wait but better deal if you can catch it on sale.

I checked the retailers listed (BB, HD, Lowes, Google store, etc.) and all seem to pretty much have identical prices at the moment on Nest and Ecobee.

Also should note that Oncor covers other areas in Texas besides DFW.

This becomes real slick if you can get the Oncor coupon and Atmos rebate to stack.... think I'm going to give it a shout. That would effectively make the ecobee about a $20 purchase.

Please report back. I also have Oncor + Atmos.

EDIT: rats, Atmos site explicitly says not available to City of Dallas residents.
