I had a similar one. Not this exact one. It did the job, but wasn't the best quality. I believe the Sam's club ones are more durable. A lot of the plastic parts like the handles on this one broke eventually but the kids used it still. Also the screws would keep popping out and I'd have to constant screw them back in. If you have multiple kids, I'd go for a more quality one tbh.

Anyone with hindsight care to comment about ownership? It sure takes up a lot of space and doesn't seem like fun once trying to get rid of these

We got a different kitchen set on sale for $60, but it looks similar. Our 2 yo daughter loves her kitchen, and she plays everyday, so we definitely got our money's worth. These are good for pretend play, which is good for their development. Haven't tried to get rid of it yet but I have seen them on sale in local FB groups.

We found an off brand version of this for $60 around thanksgiving last time. KidKraft tends to be more expensive but these do tend to go on sale on Black Friday.

If your child is into pretend play, you'll get a lot of use out of it. Also it's really easy to sell on Craigslist or marketplace. Someone came and picked it when we were ready to sell.

We bought one like these in Costco about 5 years ago and other than one of the small doors getting broken it's in pretty good condition and still being used. Lots of possibilities for kids and a good start when you want them to help you with cooking real food. I takes up quite a bit of space but totally worth it IMHO

Our kiddos have a similar kitchen. They play with it once in a while, it takes up a LOT of space. I want to get rid of it. I think the key to toys is to buy small. We now have a garage FULL of toys. I need to have a garage sale.

I bought a different kid Kraft corner one and the quality is onpar with ikea furniture. It took quite a bit of time to set it up. Got it for $98 two years ago. KidKraft Grand Gourmet Corner Kitchen https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002OE0...DFbKWT7MTN

There's an amazon warehouse "like new" in stock for $98 now but not sure if you want to gamble on a damaged or missing parts

We got this same exact one for my daughter when she was 4. It lasted 3 moves and shes 11 now. We used it with our youngest til last year. We brought it to my cousins daycare where they still have it. It definitely feels cheap but it really held up over the years. I don't think we payed over $100 for it but as everyone else said, once you're ready to sell it someone will grab it quick.
