I am looking on their website and it has the page to check and see what the taxes and fees are for my area. But, no matter what zip code I put in, it is saying it can't find any taxes for that zip.
How much is the taxes for your area?
Also, does this have the ability to block numbers and/or to automatically block robo-calls?

Edit to say that several people have helped me with this, I appreciate it! I finally got it to work for me.

I pay around $7 per month for the service for taxes and if you want blocking you'll need to subscribe for their premium services. I believe the pricing schedule is on their website.

One thing to note, when I first downgraded my service from having the blocking feature, I was, and still am, hammered with robocalls and spam calls. I think they may sell your number to try to lure you back into the premium service. Just a guess but it's my two cents from experience.

still rocking my original unit with no fees or taxes. Paid $159 back in the day, but man oh man has it been worth it for my parents! In IL, so you know the fees and taxes would be usury..

Same...never a spam/robocall either
They could've easily cancel the service but they kept their word and didn't charge me anything so many years

Yep, this is what I tried earlier and isn't working. I have put 7 different zip codes in from different areas and it isn't working.

Same here. Been using free service for 12 years now. Great quality. With their app I use it to call from out of country to US for free as well (pay data or wifi of course). Interestingly I can use the app and call same land line number when I am out. Highly recommend the service.

One thing to note about the Ooma service. With the paid plan you get two lines and numbers and it's handy since Ooma works very well with faxing.

Same here. My Ooma Hub still works like a charm.

Was able to snag one at my local Target for $25 with tax. Brickseek was correct, and had two on the shelf. I have been using their service for over five years and purchased this extra one just as a backup.

There app is great, used it while cruising in the Caribbean last year. Just hooked up to the ship's wifi and was making calls over the app to my family back home like a boss. No lag or anything. That right there was worth the cost of a year's taxes/fees.
