Chromecast with Google TV + 6 months of Netflix for $89.99 shipped from Google. 6 months of Netflix is valued at $77.94. If you pay for netflix already this basically brings the the price of the new chromecast to $12.05.

Netflix $77.94 can be applied to the 4K plan. And it's good for new and existing netflix users.

Note:

The following condition "Only one Netflix offer may be redeemed per Netflix account" has been removed from the T & C and it may or may not still apply

Netflix code provides a $77.94 credit. This covers 6 mos of their basic 2-screen streaming plan. If you have a more expensive plan (e.g. 4K), it will take $77.94 off the total cost, which will be less than 6 months.

If you return the device within the allowable return period and have already redeemed the Netflix offer, you will be refunded $49.99

Netflix promo code expires 03/01/2022

6 months of netflix 2 screen plan/1080p is 12.99/month, so ~78 total.
Can be applied to an existing netflix plan, and can be applied to a more expensive plan.

weird that they want you to use 1080p netflix with a 4k streaming device.
They probably won't be upset if you notice the mismatch and upgrade to the 4K nflx plan.

So in theory, if you return and use the 6 months code, you can get 6 months of Netflix for $40? Seems almost too good to be true right?

Does anyone know if this applies also to Netflix accounts outside de US? I read the terms but it doesn't mention anything about countries.

Just saw this on the bottom the product page under terms: Only one Netflix offer may be redeemed per Netflix account.

You could make multiple netflix accounts but that would be a hassle to switch.
It doesn't say that on Google offer terms page.

Nevermind, I see it on a different page. I will cancel my other orders and keep just one.

Bought, It's a no brainer if you're already paying for netflix. I have the max plan 4 streams and HD. This will just discount it. I already have a apple tv and a tivo 4k. I actually like the tivo unlike other people. The remotes been decent. I'm mainly getting this for the remote and 4k. I have a 2nd gen chromecast and 2 1st gens. I think this will replace my glitchy roku premire that always has issues with it's SD card.
i have the Tivo still sitting in box. wonder how it compares to this.

Your grammar was hard to understand, so let me clarify: are you claiming the Fire Stick 4K is more powerful?

Because if so, that's not true at all.

Don't get me wrong, if you can get the Fire Stick 4K for $25 (a promo that seems to work for a lot of folks), that's probably a better bang for your buck if you don't care about Chromecast capability and are indifferent to the interface.

Personally, I prefer Android TV over Fire OS.

With tax for me is 96.96 and therefore the item w/o Netflix would be 19.02 which I don't think is worth it to me.

There needs to be a more google photos app for tv. Would be a game changer. The current way to just cast is functional but videos often lag and connection gets dropped.
