Costco Members: Google Wifi 4-pack $230 + free shipping $229.99

4-pack for $230 is $57.50 each.
https://www.costco.com/google-wif...87553.html

These are the older "Google Wifi" that support AC1200 vs. the newer "Google Nest Wifi" routers with AC2200. See comparison here: https://www.androidauthority.com/google-nest-wifi-vs-google-wifi-1056145/ [androidauthority.com] Still, quite a good deal compared.

These units are still really good. Another benefit to these are that even the nodes have 2 ethernet ports, which they take away on the Google Nest Wifi ones.

They're good but I did upgrade mine to the new ones and they are much better. Get much better coverage.

Just to confirm, is each node here identical? Versus the newer Nest wifi, and other mesh routers, where only one node can work as a router and the others are only access points?

I need two 2 packs, so will this be able to have 2 independent networks, each with its own internet connection?

Great! Any chance anyone saw this in store? Costco shipping is slow as heck.

Avoid Points unless you know you need them and just buy routers. This is a better way to go when it goes to 229 or below.

The 4 pack are all routers in this deal . note that these are the Google WiFi not the more advanced Google nest WiFi.

Wish I had seen this a few months ago. We have 1 nest router, 1 nest point, and 3 WiFi routers. The WiFi routers were cheaper (but this is still a better deal) and allow you to hardwire a device to them. They're not as advanced as the nest system, but provide better connections for our Work/Teaching/home school scenario. Full house coverage with no more drops since we wired everyone to a wireless WiFi node. Their connections to the Nest router are much stronger, likely due to the poor WiFi cards within our various devices.

AC1200 for those that care about speed. I personally wound not get anything below AC2200 and ideally you want an AC3000 network. More info at the link below if you want to better understand how wifi works. https://www.tech21century.com/wifi-ac1200-vs-ac1750-vs-ac1900-ac2200-vs-ac3000/

Just to note, the Nest points are also ac1200. You only get faster with the Nest actual router
