its specifics about the RAM timings. lower is better. Its a complex topic. RAM speed alone doesn't tell you enough about its performance. There are calculators to help figure it out. Basically when all factors are taken into consideration, 3200 C16 is similar in real world performance to 3600 CL18 for example.
